What’s On This Weekend: September 25–27
The final weekend of September is bringing plenty to see and do across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole! Arts by the Sea is taking over Bournemouth, alongside live music, comedy, family activities, charity events and a few great ways to make the most of the last weekend of the month.

Friday 25th September: Arts, Music and Comedy
Arts by the Sea Festival – Opening Day

Arts by the Sea launches its 2026 festival on Friday with the theme ‘ELEMENTAL’, bringing large-scale installations, live music, dance, street theatre and interactive performances into Bournemouth Gardens and locations across the town.
The Cavern Club’s Beatles Complete
- ⏰ 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 📍 O2 Academy Bournemouth, Boscombe | 💰 Ticketed Beatles fans can spend Friday night travelling back to the height of Beatlemania! Beatles Complete bring the hits, energy and Liverpool humour of the Fab Four to Bournemouth for a live celebration of one of the most influential bands of all time.

Don’t Blend In Comedy Night

Wander through Bournemouth and discover a packed programme of creativity, with outdoor installations, music, dance, street theatre and performances transforming familiar parts of the town into something completely different.

Conker Unplugged
- ⏰ 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 📍 Conker Spirit Distillery & Taproom, Southbourne | 💰 Free Entry Looking for something a little more relaxed? Conker Unplugged returns to Southbourne with stripped-back live music from 7 PM to 9 PM. The taproom opens from 4 PM, with pizza available too, making it an easy Saturday evening option.

South Coast Darts Showdown

Fish & Chips Evening Cruise
- ⏰ Evening | 📍 Poole Harbour | 💰 Ticketed September is almost over, which means there are only a few days left to enjoy one of Poole’s Fish & Chips Evening Cruises. - Life in Full Colour: Discover the colourful work of artist Jason Wilsher-Mills, with the exhibition continuing throughout the autumn and into January.
- Bike Nights on Poole Quay: One of Poole’s popular summer traditions is almost over for another year, with the season continuing until Tuesday 29th September.
