School Run Riddle – Competition Terms & Conditions

• Promoter: Hot Radio (“Hot Radio”, “we”, “us”).
• Prize provider: VR Mania (“Prize Provider”).
• Competition: School Run Riddle Prize Draw (“the Competition”).

How to enter

• During Karl on Breakfast (the live show), listeners can enter by getting involved with the School Run Riddle via any of the following:
  • WhatsApp: 01202 57 1028
  • Phone: 01202 57 1028
  • Social media: by messaging/commenting on Hot Radio’s official social media channels during the live show (as directed on air)
• Everyone who gets involved during the live show will be entered into that week’s prize draw. (This is not judged on having a single “correct” answer.)

Free entry

• Entry is free. Standard network and/or call charges may apply depending on your provider/plan.

Eligibility / age

• Entries are welcome from listeners of any age. However, the prize can only be awarded to a winner aged 18 or over.
• If a selected winner is under 18, they must nominate a parent or legal guardian (18+) to accept the prize and receive the voucher code on their behalf. If no suitable adult is available, Hot Radio reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Entry limits

• Unless otherwise stated on air, maximum one entry per person per day across all entry methods. Multiple entries may be treated as a single entry.

Prize details (weekly)

• Week 1: 2 winners will each receive a £30 VR Mania voucher
• Week 2: 2 winners will each receive a £30 VR Mania voucher
• Week 3: 2 winners will each receive a £35 VR Mania voucher
• Week 4: 3 winners will each receive a £40 VR Mania voucher
• No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable.

Winner selection & announcement

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each week’s live shows.
• Winners will be announced every Friday during the live show (timing as announced on air).
• Winners may also be contacted using the details provided with their entry (e.g., phone number/social media account). If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours, Hot Radio reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize delivery & claiming

• Winners will be sent a voucher code along with instructions on how to claim/redeem their prize.
• Voucher codes are subject to VR Mania’s terms (including any booking requirements, availability, and any expiry date set by VR Mania). Travel to/from VR Mania is not included unless stated otherwise.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to reasonable publicity (e.g., first name and town) for promotional purposes.

Data protection

• Entry data will be used to administer the Competition and contact winners, and handled in line with Hot Radio’s applicable privacy policy.

General

• Hot Radio reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Hot Radio’s decision is final.
• Governing law: England and Wales.
