How to Listen to Hot Radio
If you’ve had any trouble finding us recently, thank you for your patience.
Following the wider technical issues we mentioned in our recent update, some radios and devices may need a quick refresh to pick us up properly again. The good news: it only takes a minute.
Listen on DAB Radio
If you listen on DAB, you may need to rescan your radio to find Hot Radio again — and then add us back to your favourites.
How to rescan your DAB radio
The wording varies by model, but the steps are usually similar:
- Press Menu or Settings.
- Look for Scan, Auto Scan, Full Scan, or Station Scan.
- Select it, and wait for the scan to complete.
- Search the station list for Hot Radio.
- Save Hot Radio as a Favourite (or Preset).
If you still can’t find us on DAB
- Try moving the radio closer to a window, and scan again.
- If you’re using an aerial, check it’s securely connected.
- If your radio has a Factory Reset option, try a rescan first — only reset if you’re comfortable doing so.
Listen on 102.8 FM
You can also listen on 102.8 FM.
If you’re not getting a clear signal, try adjusting your aerial (if you have one), or repositioning your radio slightly.
