Karl and Holly swapped the studio for the mat on Friday morning, taking Friday Frolics (in association with LiftsyUK) out on the road — broadcasting live from The Yoga Lounge on Boscombe High Street.
The team were there to celebrate a big milestone: The Yoga Lounge’s 14th birthday. Special guests Amber, Aimée and Grace joined the fun as the venue marked 14 wonderful years of community, movement and feel-good vibes.

Splits, slips and a very un-yogi moment
Holly showed off her flexibility by dropping into the splits like it was nothing.
Karl, not to be outdone, bravely attempted the same… but let’s just say he discovered a brand-new pose: “The Nearly There, Nowhere Near.” Namaste to that.
