Over 10 years ago, Martyn launched Middleman Solutions Ltd, working with venues and industry colleagues to deliver top-tier entertainment across the South. The company has grown into a well-recognised name, trusted by businesses and respected in the local scene.

Martyn’s connection with radio runs deep, too. He’s been on-air for more than 25 years, from launching and running stations like MIX 106 and DeepBlue FM, to playing a key role in shaping Hot Radio alongside Kevin Scott. Middleman Entertainment also works closely with Hot at events, supporting the local community through music and live experiences.
